the physical terrorist, i mean therapist today added two new exercises to my routine...now I sit with ice six hours after the session. at least i have the ocean out the window... the channel current is strong today! and i have netflix. just watched flirting with disaster. it made me miss new mexico. it was pretty funny for being 1996. Last night we watched Kingdom of the Spiders.... 1977....hahahahaha it was filmed in Sedona, we missed Sedona. it is so funnY! WATCH em both for a litttle time warp fun.
