happy summer solstice! looked for petroglyphs yesterday.... We are going to look for more at another site... up on the mountain there is a site. despite no petroglyphs... We did have a great beach day yesterday... ocean was a bit turbulent and crazy but it was FUN and of course turquoise in the wavessssssssssssssssssssssssss. and ancient kind eyes swam right up to us!!!!!!!!!

the physical terrorist, i mean therapist today added two new exercises to my routine...now I sit with ice six hours after the session. at least i have the ocean out the window... the channel current is strong today! and i have netflix. just watched flirting with disaster. it made me miss new mexico. it was pretty funny for being 1996. Last night we watched Kingdom of the Spiders.... 1977....hahahahaha it was filmed in Sedona, we missed Sedona. it is so funnY! WATCH em both for a litttle time warp fun.
need to plan an art lesson for 3-6 year olds, what was i thinking?!?!?!!! hope the drug store has blue and red tempera paint...
